For each of the AIC "teams," you'll find character profiles below. In addition, you'll see country profiles, country-by-country timelines of important events related to the Middle East and, in many cases, a quick reference, "what you need to know before playing this country" page.
Before you get to the team/character profiles, you'll find links to a variety of documents about the simulation itself. One talks about the Strategic Goals Statement (and shows examples), which is your very first step in the simulation. Another describes how private communications work, and still another talks about your Action Desk, which is your gateway both to the primary mode of public, in-game communication--the press release, and the way in which you ultimately make things happen in the game--the action form.

Because the AIC RESOURCE PAGE is a wiki, you can also add to it and have others be able to benefit from your additions. To do this, you'll need to create an account for yourself (see upper right hand corner). Once you have an account you can edit any page. All that you need to do, while viewing a given page, is to select "edit" from along the top. You'll then see the contents of the page as an editable document. We would be grateful if, as you research your character, you add links to good resources that you've found about him or her (there should be a resources section at the end of any profile). Some of the profiles haven't been brought up to the present day, so you should feel free to add some text that helps to make your character's story current.
The AIC resource section reflects a collaboration of many AIC mentors over the years, but thanks for special contributions go to Roni Sharon, Salim Al-Jahwari, Bryce Adams, Katherine Durlacher, Amanda Fleischman, and Ben Okin.
Please know that a lot of work has gone into building a resource that everyone in AIC depends on. We know that you will keep this in mind and treat this resource with respect.
